Your first step to reducing overwhelm.

Running an NDIS business is rewarding — but it can also feel heavier than it should.

Between participant needs, documentation, compliance, team communication, and the constant mental load of keeping everything moving, it’s hard to know whether things are actually on track… or whether you’re quietly carrying more than you realise.

This quiz gives you a clear, honest snapshot of where your business is sitting right now — without judgement, overwhelm, or complicated jargon.

It takes less than 3 minutes and shows you:

  • how much structure you already have in place

  • where the friction is coming from

  • what stage of operational growth you’re in

  • what’s likely causing the pressure you’re feeling

  • the next small step that will make the biggest difference.

It’s simple, practical, and designed specifically for NDIS providers who want clarity — not another long to‑do list.

The 'not podcast' about systems thinking for REAL humans.

A 'thing' where I grab a cuppa in a virtual room with a real human, and talk about real operations solutions for real businesses.

It's not a podcast, that's way too much pressure. It's not a business meeting because that's way too formal. It's more like a brainstorm about processes and systems and what we've learnt about them. And we try very hard not to swear in case You Tube cancels us.

Its nickname is Chitty Chats with Cool Cats because my ND brain loves alliteration... And cats. And only good humans are allowed.

For my first episode, I was joined by the wonderful Tracey Hewitt who shared what it's like to manage operations for two very different businesses.

Note: More episodes are in the works... but guests are harder to nail down than a tent in a cyclone. If you want to help me out and be a guest, please email hello@juliamorganite.com.au

The newsletter

OpTeaMisedIt is a weekly newsletter where I try not to sound too wanky, but share things I think will be genuinely useful for you to get your chickens in a row. I would say ducks, but from personal experience, they are way easier to herd than chickens.

My 6 part series on Mapping Your Operations started on 15 July 2026. It's a step by step guide to figuring out what you actually do - kinda important before you start trying to fix anything.
