Services

Running an NDIS business shouldn’t feel like constant firefighting — but for most providers, it does. The admin load is heavy, the expectations are unrealistic, and the pressure to “just make it work” is relentless.

My services are designed to cut through the overwhelm and give you practical, sustainable systems that support your team, your participants, and your sanity.

No jargon. No corporate fluff.

Just clear, grounded operational support that actually makes your day‑to‑day easier.

Let's tame that chaos!

I work from the Scenic Rim area of Queensland. I do the majority of my work remotely and can support anyone in Australia.

• A short questionnaire to get context

• A 60-minute 1:1 online call

• A report outlining:

key gaps and issues

risk level

practical next steps

• A quote for any further work (if you decide to go ahead).

What’s NOT included

• A full implementation plan

• Fixing the problem.

• Ongoing communication or coaching for this issue.

Different systems have different levels of complexity. The level of work required to fix an issue with client onboarding could be very different to the workload in research, selecting and implementing a new CRM. As a result, I encourage clients to book a chat with me first, so I can provide them with the most accurate quote for my services.

I recommend that clients choose from the below list, but I am open to discussing alternatives:

• Audit Ready

• Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Client Onboarding

• Complaints & Feedback

• Incident Reporting

• Leads & Referrals

• Staff Recruitment

• Staff Inductions & Training

• Records & Data Management (including CRMs)

• Risk Management

• Rostering / Scheduling

I have direct experience with Shiftcare and Careflo in a service delivery context.

I have extensive experience in using and implementing other CRMs across a range of professional roles in both the private and public sector.

I am able to learn new systems quickly and I'm happy to work with CRMs without prior experience. In fact, I love CRMs and welcome the opportunity!
